The Procedure

The initial appointment includes consultation and initial application should you choose to start immediately. 

Traditional tattooing methods are generally carried out using a machine, Microblading is a semi-permanent eyebrow treatment that is done by using a specialised manual hand tool.

The treatment begins to finally determine the shape of your face.

First step - measure the length of your face with a ruler

Second step - divide the total length by 3

Third step -  measure the length from the bottom of your nose to the bottom of your chin

                 -  Should the last number be larger than the first number it will indicate that you have a long face.

                 -  If the last number is less than the first number you have a round face.

                 -  When the last number is equal to the first number it will indicate that you have an oval face.

The Desired Shape

The shape can be drawn first and then by using individual tattoo strokes or feathers, the area is plotted to the desired shape and style of each individual's request.

The coulor choice is patient specific and is mixed using a natural selection of micro-pigments to compliment your hair colour and skin tone.

Each stroke is applied individually, allowing the Dr to control the shape, colour and density of the completed eyebrow.

 Post Treatment

Eyebrows will appear darker than expected. 50 % of the colour will fade during the healing process over a 2 week period.

During the second appointment - 6 weeks later, touch-ups will be needed. The second application ensures that the micro-pigments are healing properly and to responds to treatment.

Microblading lasts between 6 - 18 months if proper aftercare instructions are maintained.

To keep the colour crisp, a touch-up appointment will be required up to every 2 years depending on the individual's skin and how well it holds the colour pigment.

Caution

 Microblading is a safe procedure for the average healthy person but is not recommended for people who takes blood thinning medication as well as patients who is Diabetic.
